2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 281, 105, 106(1), 324(4), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of driving a tractor rashly and negligently. Initially, the petitioner hit a toto vehicle and while fleeing away, he killed two persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74692 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
