2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352 and 74 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant namely, Priya Bharti alleged that on 21.06.2025 around 07:30 PM, her husband came home with a man namely, Vinay Kumar Mahto and when the informant objected to the same, her husband and Vinay Kumar Mahtos started beating her. It is further alleged that Vinay Kumar Mahto misbehaved with informant's minor daughter and touched her inappropriately.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is husband of the informant and as a matter of fact, informant is highly ambitious lady and quarrelsome and the petitioner has purchased land and other assets in the name of the informant and also constructed a house. But, later on, greed cropped up in the mind of the informant and for usurping the land and house of the petitioner, she has lodged the instant FIR to create pressure upon the petitioner with a view to harass the petitioner and to get divorce and live separate from him and also to acquire his house. There is absolutely no allegation against this petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is husband of the informant and the present false case has been lodged only to put pressure upon him, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest / surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
