JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 The petitioner has alleged disobedience of this Court's order dated 03.08.2017 in CWJC No. 8858 of 2017, whereby the said writ petition was disposed of with the following directions:

"6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-1 series to the present writ application, expeditiously and within a maximum period of two months from the date of production of the copy of the order before him.

7. If any consequential benefits, including payment of money to him is required, the same shall also be given within the next one months."

A supplementary show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the University bringing on record a communication dated 18.08.2019 addressed to the petitioner whereby the petitioner's representation was disposed of with an observation that in future his claim shall again be placed in the upcoming screening committee and the decision shall be taken thereafter without any delay.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that subsequently the matter was placed before the screening committee on 19.07.2017 and the screening committee has recommended the petitioner's case but his case was again rejected.

In my considered view, no case is made out for initiation of contempt proceeding as order of this Court stands complied with. This contempt application stands dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) anand/- U
