2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115, 126, 117, 109, 303, 329, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted father of the informant by means of lathi, danda, iron rod as a result of which, he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics.
