The petitioner seeks bail in Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 232/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that the informant had given his tempo to this petitioner to ply on road on payment of Rs. 250/- per day. On 18.05.2018, the petitioner informed the informant that his tempo is traceless. Thereafter, instant case has been lodged by the informant against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. It is mentioned in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51400 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 written report that the aforesaid vehicle was given to this petitioner by informant for plying on the road on payment of Rs. 250/- per day.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 232/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
