Petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.313 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl, Reema Kumari, has filed a petition in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purenea, stating therein that she has voluntarily married with Manish Mandal and is residing with him. Her father has filed false and fabricated case. Xerox copy of certified copy of the aforesaid petition filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purena, has been annexed as Anneuxre-2. This petitioner is father of Manish Mandal. Petitioner is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51262 of 2018 (2) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 custody since 03.07.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.313 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
