The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground on any suitable post as his father late Pashupati Jha died on 31-10-2002 in harness working as class-IV employee as Khalasi in the office of, Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Araria (Bihar), (respondent No.- 3.) That the service of petitioners Father regularized in the year-2014 in the light of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15288 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 Finance Department Circular vide Memo No.10710, dt.17-10-2013 in which it was clearly mention the dependents of the employee is entitled to get all benefits as regular employee including the compassionate ground appointment."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
