2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 6327 of 2023 arising out of Excise Patna P.S. Case No. 1318 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 26(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2023 and there is recovery of three hundred litres of country made liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court of Excise, Patna in connection with Spl. Case No. 6327 of 2023 arising out of Excise Patna P.S. Case No. 1318 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Chowk Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
