Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Belsand P.S.Case No.126 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 504, 498A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the informant. Case is for demand of dowry and torture.

No.70168 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and apart from the police case and a complaint case has also been lodged with respect to the same occurrence. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S.Case No.126 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
