The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 6935 of 2017 arising out of Mokama P. S. Case No. 152 of 2017 registered under Sections 30 (a) and 37 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended with 51 liters illicit liquor, which was kept in a bag. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2017 and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

S .Case No. 152 of 2017.
