JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-11-2019 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Registrar, Civil Court, Ara, Bhojpur as respondent no. 5 in the array of parties, in course of the day.

The present writ petition has been filed "for a direction to the respondents to supply certified copies of the entire order sheets alongwith all the documents and petitions including protest petition, judgements and orders passed thereof, if any, in connection with Ara Nawada Police Station Case No. 200 of 2007 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1721(C) of 2007 Uma Shankar Sharma & Rama Shankar Sharma Versus Mithilesh Kumar Singh, Ajay Kumar Singh and Haribansh filed under Sections 406, 500 of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1546 of 2019 dt.21-11-2019 2/2 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Sri Vivek Bhardwaj, the then Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ara".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite requisitions dated 03.05.2019 [Page 31(A) and dated 25.06.2019 (page 31B)] filed in accordance with the Criminal Court Rules, the certified copies of the documents as sought are not being supplied.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, this Court directs the Registrar, Civil Court, Ara, Bhojpur (respondent no. 5) to ensure that if the requisitions filed by the petitioner are in order and there is no other impediment, the certified copies as sought be supplied to the petitioner, if not already so done, in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment. In case the certified copies cannot be issued within the period stipulated as above, due information with reasons for the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
