To test the bona fide of the petitioner's claim, by order dated 01.08.2018, the Bihar School Examination Board was directed to produce the original OMR-sheet of the petitioner, subject to payment of an amount of Rs. 30,000/- by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner had agreed to pay the said amount of Rs. 30,000/-.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 20.08.2018, an adjournment was sought, which was granted. Mr. Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, is in possession of the original OMR-sheet for production.
