The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 131/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come in this case merely on suspicion. The occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 14.06.2017 and F.I.R. has been lodged on 15.08.2017, after delay of two months.
The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.53820 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 131/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
