Case No. 327 of 2018 dated 19.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. One firearm and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner whereas from the fodder house of the petitioner, one carbine, one country made pistol and one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54637 of 2018(2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 live cartridge along with 250 sachets of country made liquor each containing 200 ML were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, especially the custody, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 327 of 2018.
