The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultalganj P. S. Case No.90 of 2019 corresponding to S.T. No.470 of 2019 registered under Sections 376 read with 34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is specific allegation made against the petitioner by the informant that he along with one Shambhu Mandal raped her and snatched Rs.7300/- from her possession, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected.
