It has been jointly submitted by the counsel of all the cases that in compliance of order dated 28.02.2024, a decision has been taken by the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna, which has been served upon counsel of first case C.W.J.C. No.3830 of 2024 through supplementary show-cause vide annexure-A and the copy of the order contained in Memo No.188 dated 11.03.2026 has been served to the petitioners of first case and a copy of order contained in Memo No.189 dated 11.03.2026 has

5/5 been served to the petitioners of second and third case, today in the Court itself.

3. It is hereby directed to keep the said memos (Notification) on record.

4. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that the order has been complied in its true spirit. As such, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the present MJC application is hereby dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioners that if they have still any grievance then, they have remedy to move and challenge the said order before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
