The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting and causing death of the deceased on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52326 of 2018 (2) dt.10-09-2018 On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V./- U T
