The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was facilitator in the matter of obtaining matriculation certificate by Raj Kumar Sharma and others. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has superannuated and there is no specific allegation as to why the petitioner is facilating the other co-accused. He also submits that there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54912 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial, Magistrate, Naugachia in the district of Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S.
