Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81046 of 2019(4) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, who has taken cognizance in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 229 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C., with a liberty to raise his defence at the time of framing of charge.

Permission is accorded.

The present application is dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid liberty.
