The petitioner-wife filed this transfer petition to transfer Matrimonial Case No.339 of 2017 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna on the ground that the petitioner is a lady and she is working as a teacher. The petitioner travelled many times to attend the court at Gaya but her husband also threatened her.

Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that opposite party never threatened his wife.

Having considered the facts that petitioner who is a teacher and posted at Bakhtiyarpur in the district of Patna and she has got a lot of problems in pursuing the case in the court of

Patna High Court MJC No.3647 of 2017(4) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya, Matrimonial Case No.339 of 2017 is ordered to be transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
