2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 72/2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 387, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 19.3.2023 by the informant, Suraiya @ Noor Jahan.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons assaulted her husband and specific allegation against this petitioner is of putting both his legs on his chest which as per the learned Sessions Judge's order resulted into the fracture of 9th rib of the said chest.

4. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail after surrendering before the Court below.

5. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today, the same shall be taken up and disposed of preferably on the same day.
