That this writ petition is being filed for setting aside the order dated 31.12.2019/20.06.2020 passed by the District Programme Officer, Araria being Appellate Authority in Anganwadi Appeal No.20/2016 in the matter of Raveena Prween Versus Bibi Shahzadi Begum, by which the selection of the writ petitioner was

Patna High Court CWJC No.16270 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 2/3 set aside by rejecting the appeal preferred by Raveena Parween (Respondent No.5) and in consequence thereof a direction to the concerned authorities may be issued to reinstate the writ petitioner to the post of Anganbari Sevika as she was working since more than 1 year and also to set aside the order dated 26.08.2023 passed by the Collector, Araria, being Revisioning Authority in Anganbari Revision Case No.15/2020 in the matter of Bibi Shahzadi Begum Versus State of Bihar and others, which was dismissed without going into merit in view of order dated 02.01.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court in CWJC No. 19366/ 2018 (Raveena Parween Versus State of Bihar and others) and/or may kindly pass any such other order/orders for which the petitioner is entitled."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies

Patna High Court CWJC No.16270 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 3/3 as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
