The appointment admittedly is of the year 2012.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nagar Panchayat specifically points out two judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Dattaraj Nathuji Thaware vs. State of Maharashtra and Others; (2005) 1 SCC 590 and Girjesh Shrivastava and Others vs. State of Madhya

Patna High Court CWJC No.15764 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 Pradesh and Others; (2010) 10 SCC 707.

3. We were of the opinion that above Public Interest Litigation is utterly misconceived. Knowing our mind, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought for withdrawal of the writ petition.
