The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is allegation of recovery of 4 liters liquor from a place adjacent to the house of the petitioner.
