Mr.Subhash Chandra Mishra SC 16 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Today, this petition has been placed for corrections in the order dated 06.09.2019 passed CWJC No. 18307 of 2019. Due to error in the writ petition itself, certain error has crept in the order dated 06.09.2019.
It appears that in the writ petition instead of "District Magistrate, Nawada and District Education Officer, Nawada" as respondent nos 3 and 4 respectively, it was wrongly typed as "District Magistrate, Nalanda and District Education Officer, Nalanda."
As such in the order dated 06.09.2019, details of respondent nos. 3 and 4 were typed as District Magistrate,
Patna High Court MJC No.3992 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Nalanda and District Education Officer, Nalanda. In view of the petition, descriptions of respondent nos. 3 and 4 namely, "District Magistrate, Nalanda and District Education Officer, Nalanda." should be read as "District Magistrate, Nawada and District Education Officer, Nawada" as respondent nos 3 and 4 respectively.
To the extent as indicated above, the order dated 06.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 18307 of 2019 stands modified.
The modification petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U
