2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, charge sheet came to be filed under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-6-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023.
