Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(1)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a registered cattle trader and got valid license which was issued by the Secretary, Agriculture Produce market Committee, Bihta, Patna bearing M.R. No. 360218, dated 31.03.2004. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54172 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/-Sanjeev U T
