The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners caused hindrance to the informant and other persons in discharge of their official duty, while they were on duty of collecting due electricity bill and disconnecting electric supply due to nonpayment of bill by the consumers. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that neither

Not a single person of Electricity Department received any injury on their person. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2/N.B.P.D.C.L. vehemently oppose prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Sri Nagar P.S.
