2. A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 to 5. With reference to the averments made therein, submission has been made that in the light of the order of the this Court dated 04.05.2017, the answering opposite parties have passed a reasoned and speaking order vide office order No. 58 dated 30.11.2017 and after treating the service of

Patna High Court MJC No.3637 of 2017(9) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 the petitioner with effect from 18.12.1982 on the post of Keyman-cum-Chowkidar, she has been allowed all the retiral benefits, the details of which have been duly mentioned in paragraphs no. 6 to 9.

At this stage, Mr. Mishra fairly submits that if the payment has been made by treating the services of the petitioner with effect from 1982, in such circumstances, the contempt petition may be disposed of. However, he prays that liberty may be given to the petitioner, who is a hapless widow, that in case any grievance still remains, she may move before the appropriate forum/authority for redressal of the same.

4. In view of the submissions made, the present contempt petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (Harish Kumar, J) Anjani/- U
