The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S. Case No. 418 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
