2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, during the course of fleeing was caught by the police and upon search, two pistols were recovered from him along with other articles.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2025 and he is accused in 10 more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the recovery of two pistols from the petitioner and also considering his criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. It is made clear that if the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
