Petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Mufassil (Mahdeva) P.S. Case No.333 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 411 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that this petitioner has been arrested along with other accused persons by the police. The police made search of all the accused persons. It is alleged that two mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, which will be apparent from the seizure list, which is part of the First Information Report.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55642 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Mahdeva) P.S. Case No.333 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
