2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 25 litre of illicit liquor was recovered from two jute bags which was allegedly thrown by this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner bears criminal antecedent of one case in which she is already on bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70458 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya Jee in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vashudha/- U T
