JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-07-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is that despite there being a judicial order passed on 04.03.2016 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, as contained in Annexure-2 to the Writ Application, no step is being taken by the State respondents to produce the petitioner in the cases pending in the court of the learned Magistrate, Udakishanganj. In Para 1 of the Writ Application the petitioner has given the particulars of the cases in which he is seeking to get remanded.

Till date no Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.377 of 2018 dt.02-07-2018 2/2 the State respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, the Superintendent of Mandal Kara, Saharsa, the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura and the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, who are party respondents no. 5, 6, 7 & 8 respectively, are directed to look into the judicial orders passed by the learned court below, as contained in Annexures 1, 1/A & 2 of the present Writ Application, and ensure compliance thereof in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. This order is being passed on the representation made before this Court that the orders, as contained in Annexures 1, 1/A & 2 passed by the learned court below, have not been modified or set aside by any competent court of law.
