2. The present writ petition has been filed for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1669 of 2018(5) dt.19-09-2023 2/3 following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of the order dated 11.02.2014 passed by the Executive Engineer, P.H.E.D., Nawada whereby and whereunder the services of the petitioners have been terminated w.e.f. 28.02.2014;

(ii) for further direction to the respondents authority to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment as the petitioners have served more than a decades;

(iii) for further direction to the respondents authority to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization in view of the guidelines given in a case of Uma Devi vs. State of Karnataka and diposed of representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that after the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 4766 of 2014 (disposed of on 31.07.2017) (Annexure 2 to the petition) certain developments has taken place and in the light of the same, they may be given liberty to approach the concerned respondent for the redressal of their

Patna High Court CWJC No.1669 of 2018(5) dt.19-09-2023 3/3 grievance.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
