1. Heard the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays as under:- "(A) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or directions the Respondents particularly the Respondent No. 8 to make payment of Rs. 5,09,375/- (Five Lacs Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five) to the petitioner with 18% penal interest as the same has wrongly been kept by the Respondent No 8 for such long period

3. The amount has to be released by the concerned Insurance Company, who ensure the payments of bills for the Smart Card Holder Consumers, who are essentially State employees.

4. The Forum available for claiming the amount is elsewhere. The writ petition would not lie as it is a disputed questions of facts and also the claim amount.

5. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate Forum for redressal of her grievance, if she so chooses. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Pravinkumar/- Item No. 11 U
