2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 306, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the police got information that a lady committed suicide after the quarrel with the relative and that the dead body had been concealed within the house. Upon visiting the place of occurrence, the police recovered a plastic rope allegedly used by the deceased to commit suicide. The allegation against the petitioner is that with the help of other accused persons, he had disappeared the body of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69675 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 15.04.2025 and 05.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 9478 of 2025 and 26351 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 28.04.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
