The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 dated 22.09.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 285, 353, 332 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R., but no specific accusation has been levelled against him. Because of an incident of affray between two parties, the road was blocked, traffic disrupted and the accused persons are alleged to have indulged in loot and arson.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56159 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Taking into account the fact that the petitioner has not been specifically alleged to have done anything and that he has clean antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ara (Bhojpur) in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
