JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2025 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with regard to petitioner no. 2 as he has already been arrested during pendency of the case.

2. Permission is granted.

3. This anticipatory bail application with regard to petitioner no. 2 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

5. Petitioner no. 1 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118, 109, 352, 351(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

6. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron khanti. As per injury report, informant sustained three injuries, out of which one injury is grievous.
