JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This petition has been filed for extension of period of surrender in Jamui P. S. Case No. 321 of 2017. Petitioner has been made accused in Jamui P. S. Case No. 321 of 2017 but he was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 22.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31749 of 2018 with direction to him to surrender before the court below within four weeks. However, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time as fixed by this court.

It is informed that the petitioner was outside the State and that is the reason, he could not surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52722 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 within the period as fixed by this court.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P. S. Case No. 321 of 2017 within four weeks from today and if the petitioner does so, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/concerned court shall pass appropriate order taking note of this order as well as order dated 22.06.2018 passed in Cr.
