Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38(ii), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. There alleged recovery is from an open place near which the motorcycle of this petitioner was standing.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63337 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the2019 satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Patlipura P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
