2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 17.05.2017 and its entire consequential proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. 36 of 2017 (Tr. No. 1338 of 2018) passed by learned S.D.J.M., Sasaram by which learned Magistrate has directed the petitioner to face trial under section 498-A Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70757 of 2023(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 opposite party No. 2 that the trial is on the verge of completion at the stage of argument and the petitioner is not co-operating in the trial.
4. Since the case is on the verge of completion, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to conclude the case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court below will proceed ex parte against the non-cooperating party.
