It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner vide order dated 12.09.2018 has been directed to be enlarged on bail. However, it is submitted that due to certain typographical mistake in the petition, the date of custody of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in para - 7 of the petition as 28.12.2017 and due to the said inadvertent typographical mistake, the date of custody of the petitioner has also been recorded as 28.12.2017 in the order dated 12.09.2018 whereas, the correct date, since when the petitioner has been in custody is 28.02.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53853 of 2018 (3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the date of custody of the petitioner mentioned in para - 2 of the order dated 12.09.2018 be read as 28.02.2017 in place of 28.12.2017.
