2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case No. 173 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 202.86 liters foreign liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Barh (Patna) in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case No. 173 of 2025.
