Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 363, 366, 323, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are father-in-law and motherin-law of the informant's sister, have been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is nothing specific alleged against these petitioners. Moreover, final form has been submitted in this case mention "Not Sent up for Trial" in respect
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54115 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 of these petitioners, however, cognizance has been taken against them also vide Annexure-2. Petitioners are having clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
