2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 506, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of terrorizing the people by firing from jail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2023 and 12 cases are pending against the petitioner, in which he has made accused.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69399 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The District Judge, Khagaria is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases in one court pending against the petitioner.

9. The Superintendent of Police, Khagaria is also directed to cooperate in the disposal of the trial and sent a report of the trial within six months as directed by this Court.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Judge, Khagaria and Superintendent of Police, Khagaria for its forthwith compliance.
