Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.27 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier dismissed as not pressed by order dated 08.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.No.62363 of 2017.

In view of such, this Court is not inclined to entertain this second anticipatory bail application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56156 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 below and seek regular bail.
