Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015. He submits that this case may also be disposed of in the similar term like the writ petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 13305 of 2017. Counsel for the State has no objection in disposal of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 17.11.2017 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.18897 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 13305 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.6 to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of decision in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015 if the case of the petitioner is found similar on fact to the petitioners of C.W.J.C.
