2. Heard the parties.
3. Sole petitioner (petitioner no. 2 namely Sunita Devi) apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is only alleged to have snatched ear-ring, silver chain and gold locket from the informant. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Sunita Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
