JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned Collector, Darbhanga to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Encroachment Appeal Case No. 31 of 2024.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that if the aforesaid appeal is still pending, it shall be disposed off, within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Collector, Darbhanga, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, if the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.15755 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
